The Miss America Pageant really hasn’t been a “thing” for what, twenty years? Even back then I never met anyone who really gave a crap about it and now, well, I really think you can just blow-up the entire concept.

This is all about a very simple concept (though few people seem to get it): if the government is allowed to trample the civil rights of one of us they are taking the civil liberties from all of us.

Most of the social etiquette surrounding food pertains to the form of eating that involves a knife and fork. When food is served on a plate, when someone uses a spatula to assign you a portion and places it on the plate in front of you, most people understand what’s expected of them.
